Are you insured and certified?
Yes, I’m fully insured for dog walking and training. I also hold certifications in Level 2/3 Work Based Animal Care, Level 4 Canine Behaviour, CPDT-KA, Pet First Aid, Arms & Explosive Search Dog Qualified etc ensuring your dog is in safe and qualified hands.
Can I meet you before starting?
Absolutely. This is actively encouraged. I always offer a free meet-and-greet session to get to know you and your dog, discuss your needs, and ensure we’re a good fit.
What training methods do you use?
Operant Conditioning Theory Only. It includes four core principles:
positive reinforcement (adding something pleasant to increase behavior)
negative reinforcement (removing something unpleasant to increase behavior)
positive punishment (adding something unpleasant to decrease behavior)
negative punishment (removing something pleasant to decrease behavior).
My methods follow the industries best practices and are aligned with the standards set by respected organisations in the dog training world.
Do you offer puppy training?
Yes absolutely! I offer foundational puppy training, including crate training, leash manners, and socialisation.
How many dogs do you walk at once?
I offer both solo and group walks depending on your dog’s temperament and your preference. Safety and individual attention are always my priority.
What age dogs do you work with?
I work with dogs of all ages — from energetic puppies to senior dogs. Training plans and walk intensity are tailored to each dog's needs.
What if the weather is bad?
Walks go ahead in most weather (rain, snow, etc.) with appropriate precautions. If weather is extreme or unsafe (lightning, heatwaves, etc.), I’ll notify you and offer alternatives such as indoor enrichment or rescheduling.
How do I book a service?
To get started, you can give me a quick call or text. Whichever way is easiest for you, just let me know a bit about your dog, the service you're interested in (walking, training, or both), and your availability.
What’s your cancellation policy?
Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance are free of charge. Late cancellations may incur a fee. Emergencies are always understood!
